Lorraine Candy

Lorraine Candy is an award-winning journalist, author, editor and podcaster. Formerly the editor-in-chief of Sunday Times Style, ELLE and Cosmopolitan she co-hosts the chart-topping weekly podcast Postcards From Midlife. Her first book “Mum, What’s Wrong With you? 101 Things Only The Mothers of Teenage Girls Know’ was a Sunday Times Top 10 bestseller and she regularly writes for newspapers and magazines including The Guardian, The Telegraph, The Mail, The Independent and Good Housekeeping. She is a mother of four with over a decade’s experience writing columns on parenting.

She can be found @lorrainecandy on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook and hosts a newsletter, The Candy Club, on Substack. She is an advisor to The Tate art galleries and an ambassador for the charities TheirWorld and Women in Sport. Lorraine is a keen open-water swimmer and dog lover and grew up in Cornwall.
